Harriet Sturim, long time resident of Grand Rapids, has 30+ years of experience in training individuals to personally and professionally reach their maximum potential. Harriet is a goal oriented individual with a bias for action. She was the top salesperson her department and among the top five in sales store wide throughout her career at Rogers Department Store. Harriet has the ability to maintain an upbeat attitude in adversity. This allows her to be at the top of her game in solving problems and dealing with difficult situations and it has prepared her for teaching others this skill set. Harriet is an experienced communicator and educator holding a B.A. degree in Speech Therapy and Speech Arts from Peterson Teacher’s College in Wayne, NJ.

Harriet believes that every person is a leader and that integrity and honesty are key principles to a good name and good character. She has successfully led businesses to increased professionalism and strong increases in sales performance.
